Reporting something wrong on the site

Please include the page address. Prices and photo rules change, and pages here carry the date we last checked them — if a store's price has moved or a government requirement has been updated, telling us is genuinely useful and we will correct it and re-date the page.

A photo that was rejected

Tell us which document, which office rejected it, and the reason they gave. That feedback is how the compliance checks get better. Please do not email us the photo itself unless we ask — we deliberately avoid handling people's images.

Privacy requests

If you gave us an email address and want it deleted, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we sent you, or write to us and we will remove the record. We never store photos, so there is nothing else of yours to delete. See the privacy page for exactly what is kept.
